About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Health Care Practitioner to join our dynamic team at HCRG Care Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive clinical assessments and offer care to individuals in police custody or other agencies as required.
  • Manage minor illnesses or injuries and take appropriate actions, referring onwards for more serious conditions.
  • Undertake forensic examinations of individuals in police care to record and provide opinions on injuries and collect DNA evidence.
  • Collect specimens as required under legislation and provide written statements as needed.
  • Attend courts or tribunals as required, following relevant training.
  • Maintain accurate and complete clinical records.
  • Assess alcohol and drug intoxication and withdrawal, identifying vulnerabilities and safeguarding pathways.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a healthcare role.
  • Confident and able to make quick decisions.
  • Autonomous and able to manage own workload.
  • Ability to work in a mobile role, logging on at agreed locations within the county of Lincolnshire.
  • Own vehicle and business insurance required.
