Main Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing guest experiences and ensuring satisfaction
  • Overseeing hotel room availability and managing guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Operating Food & Beverage services in line with our standards
  • Accurately handling billing and payment processes
  • Preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, receiving deliveries, and organizing back-of-house areas
  • Adhering to all food safety, licensing, and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Supporting fellow team members
  • Promoting the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program

We are looking for individuals who embody the following qualities:

  • High energy and a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging with guests
  • Adept at multitasking while delivering exceptional service
  • Understanding that being laid-back does not equate to being unproductive
  • Effective communicator fluent in English (additional languages are advantageous)

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in the hospitality sector
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems such as Opera and/or Micros
  • Understanding of Food Safety and Licensing regulations
  • Personal experience in travel and the travel industry
