Wincanton is seeking talented individuals to join our Consultancy team, leveraging their expertise to drive business growth and innovation. As a Consultancy Subject Matter Expert, you will work alongside our existing talent to develop a Consultancy database, focusing on the P&I sector and expanding into other areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management teams to identify opportunities within the P&I sector.
  • Agree deliverables with customers, ensuring clarity and achievability.
  • Match opportunities to relevant SMEs within the Consultancy database, based on skillset and background.
  • Provide full support to SMEs, communicating changes to clients as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in logistics strategy, E2E supply chain modelling, operational efficiency, network design, warehousing, transport, forecasting, systems development & deployment, financial modelling, health & safety, employee relations, and people wellbeing.
  • Strong understanding of E2E logistics and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Proactive, resilient, flexible, and a team player with confident and personable communication skills.
