Job Title: Clinical Specialist Pharmacist - Paediatric Haematology/Oncology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Specialist Pharmacist to join our team at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. As a Clinical Specialist Pharmacist, you will play a key role in providing expert clinical pharmacy services to patients with haematological and oncological conditions.

About the Role
  • Provide expert clinical pharmacy services to patients with haematological and oncological conditions
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
  • Participate in education and training of junior pharmacists and other healthcare professionals

Requirements
  • Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Experience in clinical pharmacy services, particularly in haematology and oncology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
