Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Activities Coordinator to join our Older People Services team at CrossReach. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and delivering a range of therapeutic and engaging activities tailored to the needs of our service users, providing both mental and physical stimulation.
Key Responsibilities- Organise and deliver indoor activities, outings, and one-to-one sessions that align with individual care plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and ensure a seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to our Christian ethos by leading worship and prayer sessions in line with CrossReach policy.
- Work 2 days per week, with flexibility for some evening and weekend shifts.
- SVQ 3 in Social Care or willingness to achieve.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using relevant software.
- Christian faith and ability to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos.
- Membership in the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
