As an Executive Support Specialist, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Company Secretary and Pension Trustee, ensuring the effective delivery of the Pension and Group Life arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the Company Secretary and Pension Trustee, including managing queries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth administration of the Pension and Group Life arrangements.
- Manage and respond to enquiries from participating employers, members, and external parties, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Liaise with external parties, including professional services firms, to ensure the effective administration of the Pension and Group Life arrangements.
- Provide support to the participating schemes and beneficiaries, ensuring their needs are met and their queries are resolved.
- Collaborate with the Company Secretary and Pension Trustee to develop and implement administrative processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an executive support role, preferably in a pension or financial services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software, with the ability to learn new systems and processes.
