Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through professional responses to product and order inquiries.
  • Enhance customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Process orders and provide timely support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable products and identify sales opportunities.
  • Perform quotation and order entry, address customer inquiries, and resolve billing issues.
  • Analyze and resolve customer requests using established procedures.

Requirements
