Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Nichola Acton. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient accounts payable processes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to simplify and streamline accounts payable operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including credit checks, contract reviews, and key performance indicator tracking.
  • Provide financial support to internal business owners and suppliers, including purchase order management and vendor account reconciliations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing accounts payable processes within a large organization.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of formulas and data manipulation.
  • Proficient user of SAP, with knowledge of Coupa/MyEasyOrder beneficial but not essential.
  • Fixed Term contract of 18 months, with potential to be permanent.
