  • Chase outstanding debts from customers and maintain a thorough understanding of their payment history.
  • Manage the customer ledger and payments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Conduct thorough credit checks and set up new customer accounts, assessing their creditworthiness and risk.
  • Resolve any issues related to invoice queries, working closely with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Allocate payments received and process and reconcile invoices in a timely manner.
  • Manage customer rebates and liaise with insurers to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
  • Conduct month-end financial reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Approve credit requests, making informed decisions based on customer creditworthiness and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in financial records and transactions.
  • Good system knowledge, with experience using SAP or similar accounting software.
