Customer Service Assistant - Catering - Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant in our catering department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience for all who visit Twycross Zoo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our catering team to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Assist with food preparation, serving, and clearing, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and welcoming atmosphere, promoting a culture of excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or catering environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
