About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fixed Asset Accountant to join our financial accounts team at BET365 Careers. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining all aspects of the fixed asset process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review internal and external finance reports for the Business, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK Accounting Standards.
  • Support the provision of insightful analytical reports for internal management and external auditors, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness in fixed asset management.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on fixed asset accounting and management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and management.

Requirements

  • CIMA or ACCA qualified, with a strong understanding of UK Accounting Standards.
  • Proven experience in fixed asset accounting and management, with a focus on process improvement and development.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and present complex data insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and positive approach to tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
