Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of the hotel and the primary point of contact for guests. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Anticipate guest needs and take proactive steps to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience, including responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and responding to guest requests.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's services and amenities, as well as local attractions and events.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by participating in team meetings, providing feedback, and suggesting ideas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a public contact position, preferably in a Front Desk/Reception role.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Overnight availability.
  • Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Keen eye for detail.
