About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Diversity and Inclusion Specialist to join our team at Network Homes. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a workplace culture that values and respects diversity
  • Provide training and support to employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices
  • Monitor and analyze diversity metrics to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to advance our diversity and inclusion goals
What We Offer
