Business Development Manager

As a Business Manager at H.B. Fuller, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and success in the industrial adhesives market. With a strong focus on commercial leadership, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that deliver value to customers and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve commercial objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Manage and optimize the company's sales and marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- 8+ years of experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably in the industrial adhesives industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
- Ability to analyze complex business data and make informed decisions
- MBA or EMBA in a relevant field
- Experience working in a global, matrix-organized company
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
