Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to become a vital part of our Vehicle Solutions team. This position offers a competitive commission structure and exceptional growth opportunities for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive annual sales targets through self-motivation and strategic account management.
- Engage with new phone and email leasing inquiries daily, qualifying and selling appropriate vehicles primarily funded through Contract Hire and Lease.
- Provide outstanding customer service while adhering to FCA guidelines, ensuring fair treatment of all clients.
- Maintain a high level of workflow and leads, working towards established KPIs.
- Foster a proactive approach to daily performance and team collaboration.
