Overview:
CPS Group (UK) Limited is excited to partner with a prominent organization seeking an IT Support Specialist with a strong background in End-User Computing and relevant experience in the Biotechnology or Life Sciences sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver essential IT and End-User Computing support to the on-site team.
  • Collaborate on Operational Technology (OT) projects as needed.
  • Ensure effective Change Management practices are followed.
  • Create and maintain necessary technical documentation.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in providing user-focused IT support.
  • Proficient in EUC technologies (e.g., remote access, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure).
  • Background in Life Sciences, Laboratory, or Biotechnology environments.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Strong experience in Change Management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
