Your responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional standards for our guests.
  • Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail.

  • Carrying out tasks as directed by the Senior Kitchen/Chef on duty to ensure the cleanliness and proper storage of the kitchen and its equipment.
  • Adhering to weekly and monthly cleaning schedules as outlined by the Senior Kitchen/Chef on duty.
  • Strictly following all company policies regarding Hygiene, Health, and Safety.
  • Understanding HACCP protocols before handling any chemicals or cleaning agents.
  • Assisting with deliveries to the kitchen and organizing items as needed.
  • Managing waste disposal in accordance with established procedures, ensuring cleanliness in bin and storage areas.
  • Regularly cleaning floors throughout the day.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company regulations related to Hygiene, Health, and Safety.
  • Maintaining the waste disposal area as per the scheduled cleaning policy.
  • Being a collaborative team player with experience in a similar role.
