Our Support Practitioners support individuals within their own homes, promoting independence and enhancing daily living. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing Support Plans through ongoing reviews to meet the individuals' physical and emotional needs.
- Providing support with minimal personal care needs, mobility, medication, and dietary requirements, respecting choice and dignity at all times.
- Contributing to enhancing daily living, which may include domestic duties, shopping, and social activities.
- Maintaining accurate records in accordance with Highland Home Carers policies and procedures.
- Completing the Highland Home Carers Induction and ongoing training program.
- Attending job-related training or review meetings as requested.
- Adhering to Highland Home Carers policies and procedures.
- Understanding Risk Assessments in relation to the role within Highland Home Carers.
