Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex care needs, enabling them to live their best lives possible. You will work closely with our team to provide person-centered care, promoting independence, dignity, and respect for each individual.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex care needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual's needs
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably with individuals with complex care needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
