Job Title: Support Worker - Enriching Lives

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Redcar Road. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a couple who live together, requiring 24-hour support due to their health conditions, including Parkinson's and schizophrenia.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to the individuals, including catheter and stoma care
  • Assisting with daily activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Encouraging independence and promoting a sense of well-being
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with the individuals and their families
