Job Title: IT Software Asset Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management specialist to join our team at Picture More Ltd. As an IT Software Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance and optimizing the full software asset life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Software Assets: Ensure compliance and optimize the full software asset life cycle.
  • Handle Azure Billing: Oversee and review Azure invoicing and subscription processes.
  • Enhance Processes: Define and improve Software Asset Management procedures.
  • Conduct Audits: Regularly audit licenses and ensure software compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a dedicated IT Asset Management role.
  • Experience renewing and purchasing software.
  • Auditing and billing experience using Azure/Cloud software.
  • Experience tracking and managing software assets with an ITSM, e.g. ServiceNow.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
