Job Summary:

Elevation Recruitment Group is currently working with Severfield, a leading specialist structural steelwork company in the UK, to fill the position of Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team in the company's Nuclear and Infrastructure division, working for a business that prides itself on quality and innovation, with unparalleled expertise in critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team on high-value infrastructure projects
  • Manage variations and changes with clients
  • Collaborate with an experienced commercial team
  • Develop relationships with a range of clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure successful and profitable outcomes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Construction industry experience
  • JCT Contracts experience
  • Experience of NEC
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence
