About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James Ltd. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting our Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers in delivering high-profile projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents, contracts, and other project-related paperwork.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Provide support in the analysis of project data, including cost estimates, progress reports, and other relevant information.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements
  • RICS Accredited degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a UK Construction Consultancy, with a focus on Quantity Surveying and Project Management.
  • Basic pre- and post-contract experience, including tendering, contract administration, and project close-out.
  • Valid UK driving license.
