Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Head Office in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our Quantity Surveyors in various projects across multiple sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Education, Government, Healthcare, Heritage, High-Rise, and Parks & Leisure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely project documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals, tenders, and business development initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a UK Construction Consultancy, preferably in a Quantity Surveying role.
  • Basic pre & post contract experience.
  • A valid UK Driving license.
