- Monitor compliance with statutory regulations and ensure Rygor and Mercedes-Benz quality and service standards are met.
- Control cost management for the department.
- Work with site managers to ensure a joined-up, positive approach to teamwork and customer service.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to uphold company values and ensure correct processes and policies are followed.
- Ensure site and departmental KPIs are met through robust leadership and a hands-on approach.
- Lead and develop apprentices.
- Manage, coach, and motivate employees to ensure high-quality staff.
- Establish business objectives and personal development goals with employees and monitor performance against agreed targets.
- Build strong working relationships with customers.
- Perform analysis to identify areas of weakness and implement targeted marketing activity.
- Ensure all health and safety policies are followed and upheld.
- Promote the development of your team.
- Extensive motor industry experience in an Aftersales position at management level.
- Knowledge of the operational running of a workshop and business administration.
- Thorough knowledge of customer and market analysis, marketing initiatives, and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in people management, particularly in terms of achievement through teams.
- Enthusiasm and continuous improvement of product knowledge.
- Desire to achieve the highest standard of personalized customer care.
