Job Summary:

Recurrent Energy is a leading global developer, owner, and operator of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial performance of our EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with country leaders in the EMEA region to optimize financial forecasts, manage risks, and drive improvements to financial performance.
  • Lead the reporting process for the EMEA region, including the preparation of budgets, business plans, and financial reports.
  • Develop, consolidate, and coordinate the budget process, including the creation of forecasting models and database files.
  • Assist with the company's monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing, conducting account reconciliations and analysis as required.
  • Monitor the regional cash flow position on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare reports and build new analysis ad hoc for management.
  • Provide financial analysis by project and portfolio for the UK entity.
  • Liaise with other regions and the headquarters to provide information and data as required.
  • Coordinate members assigned to the FP&A team in EMEA.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • ~5+ years of overall experience in a finance department, preferably 2+ years in accounting.
  • ~Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience along with people management experience.
  • ~Demonstrated ability to perform related functions in adherence to regulations, laws, policies, and standards.
  • ~Computer literacy, including effective skills in SAP, MS Office (strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge). Tipalti and Xero knowledge.
  • ~Based in the EMEA region, available to travel frequently to our main locations (UK, Spain, Italy).
