At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to oversee our financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes in Colchester, UK. This role will ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
  • Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
