About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Part-time Reception Administrator to join our team at Good Egg Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Provide reception and administration cover, answering calls promptly and forwarding them to the appropriate person or voicemail as per procedure.
  • Visitor Management: Log all visitors to Reception and enter general enquiries, new business walk-ins, and phone enquiries into our computerized system.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare files for closing and archiving, provide secretarial assistance, and typing for Fee Earners, producing documents as required, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Ensure that all deliveries to Reception are notified to the appropriate person as soon as possible, and maintain daily appointments collecting information from electronic diaries.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with the HR Manager to ensure continuity of cover, and where possible, cover other offices to avoid the need for temporary or agency cover costs.
  • Post and Mail: Open and action post as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of telephone systems and the ability to use them.
  • Keyboard skills with a good knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A friendly manner, patience, and a clear speaking voice.
  • Ability to be a team player and flexible in your approach.
  • Ability to remain discreet and maintain client confidentiality.
