Job Summary

We are seeking high-calibre individuals to join our team of Trustees, bringing expertise in medical, retail, and technology fields. As a Trustee, you will play a vital role in shaping our organization's strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our clinical strategy, leveraging your medical expertise to drive positive change.
  • Provide guidance on maximizing profitability and positive customer experience in our retail outlets, ensuring alignment with our growth strategy.
  • Offer insights on technology and data, helping us optimize our systems and infrastructure to support our mission.
Requirements
  • Senior-level experience in a relevant field (medical, retail, or technology).
  • Strong understanding of governance principles and charity operations.
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of three days per quarter, with flexible meeting schedules.
