The Advocate Group is collaborating with a prominent entity in the UK healthcare industry, recognized for its commitment to clinical excellence and comprehensive service delivery. This organization has expanded to manage over 30 long-term contracts, catering to more than 400,000 users.

We are seeking a Service Centre Manager who is motivated by achieving high standards of success and quality. This role involves accountability for local contracts and ensuring the delivery of exceptional outcomes and performance across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align operational objectives with business and client requirements.
  • Lead the Service Centre with authority and decisiveness.
  • Support essential business goals and enhancements to IT systems.
  • Proactively address financial challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Evaluate site performance, suggest improvements, and introduce new requirements.
  • Develop and share best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Encourage employee growth and reduce turnover through strong leadership.
