We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Associate in Psychology to join our Community Adult Eating Disorder Service south team.
As a Clinical Associate in Psychology, you will work alongside Clinical and Counselling Psychologists, psychological therapists, and Assistant Psychologists as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT). Our team values psychological services and is committed to embracing a MDT and whole system approach.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological interventions to individuals with mental health difficulties.
- Work autonomously with appropriate support, within your scope of practice, under the supervision of a qualified psychologist practitioner.
- Develop and implement programmes of care, including co-facilitating group therapy programmes and delivering clinical treatments under supervision.
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners to provide comprehensive care to service users.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a Clinical Associate in Psychology with:
- Masters Clinical Associate in Psychology qualification.
- Eligibility for registration on the BPS Wider Psychological Workforce register as an Associate Psychologist.
- Relevant supervised experience of delivering psychological assessments and interventions in adult mental health and community services.
- Experience of working in a setting with service users presenting with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
- Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team.
