As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising the Business Support team and ensuring that day-to-day activities are carried out to support the needs of our clients and enable service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mailbox Management: Oversee and manage mailboxes, ensuring all referrals are well-organized and responded to in a timely manner, with a 24-48 hour response time.
- Data Collation: Collect and maintain accurate data to ensure local information on local IR sponsors is up-to-date.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with external providers, including DWP, NHS, and local recruitment organizations, to stay informed about current job vacancies.
- Information Management: Manage and maintain signposting information, ensuring that information on local stakeholders and referral information is current and up-to-date.
- App Management: Manage and maintain the International Recruitment Zone App, with local information sources, to support displaced IR workers in seeking employment, training, and other useful resources.
- Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and maintain accurate data to inform monitoring and performance reporting to DHSC.
