About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Negotiator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for leading by example, registering and building rapport with potential home buyers, and negotiating offers between vendors and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and build strong client relationships.
  • Register and Build Rapport: Establish relationships with potential home buyers and provide them with expert advice on the property market.
  • Negotiate Offers: Facilitate negotiations between vendors and buyers to achieve successful sales outcomes.
  • Arrange Viewings: Coordinate property viewings and provide feedback to vendors.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably within the property industry.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A client-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet sales targets.
  • Good Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
