Learning Systems Administrator

Knight Frank is seeking a highly skilled Learning Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Business Services division, you will be responsible for the online optimization, management, and day-to-day support of our Learning Management System (LMS).
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the LMS, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient system operations.
- Provide expert advice on LMS functionality and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver engaging online learning experiences, aligning with business objectives and learner needs.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation, training materials, and resource guides to support learners.
- Conduct data analysis to inform LMS optimization and improvement initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create and manage online courses, learning journeys, and content libraries.
- Facilitate focus groups to ensure UX, design, and delivery meet business and learner requirements.
- Conceptualize, create, and launch learning promotion campaigns to drive engagement and culture.
- Proven experience in managing LMS platforms, with a strong understanding of learning and learning system standards.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
- Marketing and communications experience, with a focus on digital learning and engagement.
