At Branas Isaf Children's Service, we have been providing exceptional integrated models of education, therapy, and therapeutic care for over 25 years. Our focus is on assisting young individuals with various emotional, behavioral, and complex interpersonal needs.

As a Childcare Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to guide our young residents towards a deeper understanding of their past behaviors. This role is crucial in helping them enhance their interpersonal skills, first within the supportive home environment and eventually in the broader community.

Our team comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds, each bringing a unique set of transferable skills.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in a Residential Childcare Setting (Preferred)
  • Level 3 Qualification in Children's and Young People or equivalent (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Driver (company provides a vehicle during working hours)
  • Availability for unsociable hours (evenings, nights, and weekends)
  • Willingness to work a shift pattern of 2 days on, plus night sleep, followed by 4 days off in a rolling rota
