The Recruitment Bunker is exclusively seeking a skilled Resident Engagement Coordinator.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily projects and engaging with residents to ensure their requirements are fulfilled.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the Operations team, including scheduling appointments for upcoming initiatives.
  • Addressing customer inquiries regarding planned and reinvestment projects, coordinating with internal teams as necessary, anticipating issues, and resolving queries.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying service delivery gaps, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Managing complaints and addressing housing-related issues.
  • Coordinating with tradespeople and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Conducting surveys.
  • Organizing and participating in joint walk-in surveys with both internal and external partners.

Essential Qualifications

  • Recent experience in a comparable role to Resident Engagement.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a proven ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Able to handle tight deadlines and adapt to unexpected delays.
  • Professional demeanor in all interactions, both internally and externally.
  • Must possess IDLR/Full Rights to Work in the UK; sponsorship or work permits are not available.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with housing regulations, legislation, and current practices.
