Motion Design Lead

The Motion Design Lead is a key role within our team, responsible for leading and organizing teams of designers, animators, artists, and technologists to deliver world-class content that exceeds client expectations. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to use the design process as a method of solving creative challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, animators, and artists to deliver high-quality content
  • Develop and implement design strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with the Head of Design and Operations team to identify strengths and resource projects with the best-fitting talent
  • Cultivate a thorough understanding of our proprietary pipeline, tools, and hardware
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends and technology
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading teams and inspiring creativity
  • Expert knowledge of Cinema 4D and ability to create, design, and animate within 3D workflows
  • Strong understanding of design principles and ability to apply them to creative challenges
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
