Senior Motion Designer

BOX Animation Studio is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Motion Designer to join our team in Brighton. As a Senior Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually engaging, and impactful motion graphics for a wide range of clients and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop concepts and ideas for motion graphics projects
  2. Oversee the production of motion graphics projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity
  3. Design and animate engaging, high-quality graphics and visual effects for use in commercials, social media content, presentations, and more
  4. Stay up to date with the latest motion design trends and techniques, and bring new and innovative ideas to the table
  5. Mentor junior motion designers and assist with their professional development
  6. Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a motion designer
  2. Proficiency in After Effects and/or Cinema 4D
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of motion design projects
  4. Competent design skills, including typography, colour theory, and composition
  5. Excellent time keeping and the ability to work under your own direction
  6. Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback into projects
  7. Strong communication and collaboration skills
