Creative Director, Motion Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our motion design studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving design-led work for high-profile brands and overseeing the creative direction of our motion design output.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute creative and motion design solutions for brands, social content, and experience content, including AR/VR/XR.
- Be client-facing, attending creative briefings, pitching concepts, and presenting work to clients.
- Oversee and manage a team of motion designers, ensuring the quality of all deliverables meets our high standards.
- Work closely with producers to break down budgets, estimate time, and suggest suitable animation styles.
- Curate a crew that meets project needs and help shape the creative vision of the studio.
- Excellent communication and briefing skills, with the ability to translate requirements and feedback between clients and the team.
- Flexible and can-do attitude, with a proactive approach to improving creative processes and overall efficiency.
- Creative, ideas-driven, and continually curious, with a knowledge of contemporary and emerging cultural and artistic trends.
- Experience delivering high-quality creative with commercial acumen, working for brands in advertising, ideally on branded content.
- Track record of working closely with artists, ensuring they understand goals and deadlines, and bringing them back on track when required.
- Experience in the production of motion graphics, using 2D & 3D approaches to communicate brand ideas, concepts, or stories.
