Field Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Field & Channel Marketing Coordinator to join our team at SOTI. As a key member of our marketing team, you will assist and execute on strategy defined by the Senior Field & Channel Marketing Manager for Northern & Western Europe.
Key Responsibilities:Marketing Programs- Develop and implement regional marketing activity for Northern & Western Europe in collaboration with the Senior Channel and Field Marketing Manager.
- Execute integrated and direct marketing activity directed at customers, prospects, distributors, and resellers.
- Manage regional OEM marketing programs and events, including trade show and event management.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing to deliver regional webinar content, schedule, and delivery.
- Review and approve collateral and presentation materials as necessary.
- Support regional sales enablement initiatives.
- Implement best practices in email marketing copy to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
- Manage demand generation aspects of localized websites and maintain regional microsites as appropriate.
- Assist and execute regional lead generation and nurturing campaigns, programs, and events.
- Deliver ROI-focused measurement reporting.
- Execute online media, email acquisition, and affiliate marketing initiatives using Salesforce and Pardot as necessary.
- Assist in planning and managing regional trade shows and events under the supervision of the Senior Field & Channel Marketing Manager.
- Represent field marketing at SOTI events as needed.
- Coordinate the dispatch of SOTI booth assets to key regional events and oversee their setup.
- Maintain SOTI website and/or regional microsites with upcoming event information.
- Support local PR opportunities and press releases in collaboration with the Field Marketing Team.
- Assist with the management of case study referral programs.
- Assist sales teams in developing actionable, measurable programs for the recruitment of new resellers.
- Execute programs designed by the Senior Field & Channel Marketing Manager to help develop existing reseller business and support co-marketing activities.
- Collaborate with sales teams and resellers to support local shows, lunch-and-learns, and other events.
- Assist with the rollout of channel sales training programs as necessary.
- Coordinate regional channel communications.
- Assist in developing annual and quarterly regional field marketing plans that align with regional sales, corporate marketing, and overall corporate objectives.
- Assist with the planning and reporting of regional marketing budget, accrual, and expenditure within the region.
- Create purchase orders in line with agreed budgets and submit to corporate for approval as per the P.O. process.
- Measure key performance indicators of regional marketing activities with monthly and quarterly roll-ups.
- Native English speaker.
- Additional language skills are a plus (such as Dutch, French, Norwegian, or Swedish).
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, including in-depth knowledge of all marketing mediums and integrated campaign management.
- Experience implementing field marketing plans, especially events, that include measurements of success.
- Proven, effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong project and collaboration skills.
Demonstrable capabilities of building project plans and managing them through to successful completion.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Self-motivated, can-do attitude with a strong team focus and customer service towards internal and external parties.
- Be a fast learner; open to learn and build expertise in supporting tech systems, such as Salesforce, Project Management tools.
A valid driver's license and availability to travel nationally and internationally are required.
