Job Title: Field & Channel Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field & Channel Marketing Coordinator to join our team at SOTI. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting and executing on strategy defined by the Senior Field & Channel Marketing Manager for Northern & Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional marketing activity for Northern & Western Europe, including integrated and direct marketing campaigns, regional OEM marketing programs, and events.
  • Manage demand generation aspects of localized websites and maintain regional microsites as appropriate.
  • Assist and execute regional lead generation and nurturing campaigns, programs, and events.
  • Deliver ROI-focused measurement reporting and execute online media, email acquisition, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and manage regional trade shows and events, represent SOTI at events as needed, and dispatch SOTI booth assets to key regional events.
  • Support local PR opportunities, press releases, and case study referral programs.
  • Assist sales team in developing actionable, measurable programs for the recruitment of new resellers and execute on programs designed to develop existing reseller business and support co-marketing activities.
  • Coordinate regional channel communications and assist with the rollout of channel sales training programs as necessary.
  • Develop and manage the regional marketing budget, including planning and reporting of accruals and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Native English speaker with additional language skills a plus (such as Dutch, French, Norwegian, or Swedish).
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, including in-depth knowledge of all marketing mediums and integrated campaign management.
  • Experience implementing field marketing plans, especially events, with measurements of success.
  • Proven communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong project and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrable capabilities of building project plans and managing them through to successful completion.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, can-do attitude with a strong team focus and customer service towards internal and external parties.
  • Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
