About the Role

As a seasoned Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of work tasks for planned and reactive maintenance at a leading FM provider's data centre site in West London. Your key objective will be to ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with site policies and procedures, as well as health and safety legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with senior management and client personnel to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks
  • Operate as a HV Authorised Person (HVAP) and have line management responsibilities for shift teams, engineers, and supervisors
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal data centre operations

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a facilities engineering management role
  • Technical qualifications and data centre experience (2 years+ ideally)
  • HVAP experience and HV Authorised Person training
