About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Records Assessor to join our team at Capita. As a Medical Records Assessor, you will be responsible for providing pre-entry medical scrutiny of Candidates' Primary Health Care Records and Recruitment Group Medical Declaration for the Army.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure all relevant documentation is completed for each scrutiny
  2. Undertake all clinical activity in a professional manner following NMC/ HCPC Guidelines
  3. Maintain Service Level Agreements to ensure all work is carried out and paperwork is completed legibly and returned within agreed quality and timeframes
  4. Assess and complete computerised documents
  5. Comply with Capita Audit and Quality Assurance processes
  6. Support with any other tasks associated with the role
Requirements
  1. Qualified Healthcare Professionals with current UK registration (e.g. NMC/ HCPC) and experience in post-Registration
  2. Co-operating with and respecting colleagues to create a positive working culture
  3. Computer literate using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  4. Registered with the appropriate registering body, with no restrictions
  5. Strong accuracy levels
  6. Ability to work well in a team, respect other departments and work well with them
