Job Title: Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Owen Daniels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Aerospace OEMs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
