Kemp Recruitment is a leading provider in the powered access and plant equipment sector, seeking a skilled Mobile Service Engineer to join our growing team.


Role Overview:

The Mobile Service Engineer will be responsible for the routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of powered access machinery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting repairs to ensure that hire equipment is safe and operational.
  • Performing pre-delivery inspections (PDI).
  • Carrying out LOLER inspections.
  • Responding to breakdowns at customer locations.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Experience in powered access, plant machinery, material handling, or HGV.
  • A strong commitment to service excellence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • IPAF & CAP licenses are advantageous.
  • NVQ qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Prior experience as a Mobile Service Engineer is preferred.
