About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Credit Risk Analyst to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for assessing and managing credit risks within our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data for new and existing customers to assess creditworthiness and identify potential risks.
  2. Credit Limit Approval: Approve credit limits and payment terms to minimize risk and maximize sales opportunities.
  3. Risk Monitoring: Monitor macro and micro economic trends to anticipate potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  4. Reporting and Communication: Provide detailed reports and data to senior management to inform strategic business decisions regarding credit risk policies and scoring models.
  5. Collaboration and Training: Act as a key point of contact with credit rating agencies and provide risk-related training to relevant departments.
Requirements
  1. Background in Credit Risk: A background in a credit-related function, such as risk management, financial accounting, or an analytical role.
  2. Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in written and verbal English, with the ability to build strong working relationships and present effectively.
  3. Technical Skills: A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Excel, VBA functions, and Power BI.
  4. Financial Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
