Team Leader - Residential Home for Older Adults with Dementia

Brook Street Social Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Team Leader to join our team at a well-established residential home in central Coventry. The home provides exceptional care for older adults with dementia, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to delivering outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff to provide high-quality care to residents with dementia or challenging behaviours.
  • Develop and implement positive behaviour management techniques to support residents.
  • Conduct regular report writing to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Participate in pay reviews and contribute to the development of staff.
  • Organize and participate in Christmas and loyalty bonuses, summer and Christmas parties, and on-site parking.
  • Identify opportunities for internal progression and support staff in their career development.
Requirements:
  • Calm and resilient with excellent communication skills.
  • Compassionate and organized with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Leads by example and demonstrates a positive attitude.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of older adults with dementia.
Training and Development:
  • Comprehensive induction program to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
