Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Management: Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback and evaluations, and encourage innovation and creativity within the team.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage the buying budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement practices, and monitor financial performance to achieve sales and profit targets.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in buying, with at least 5 years in a senior buying role within the premium menswear industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of the premium fashion market, tailoring processes, and high-end fabrics and materials, excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and financial acumen, and ability to lead and inspire a team.
