Position Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for not only meeting but surpassing financial, appointment, and outbound sales targets as set by your supervisor. You will also be tasked with nurturing and expanding your customer portfolio, for which you will hold full accountability.

Our Ideal Candidate:

A confident, resilient, and assertive individual Must possess a valid UK driving license. Proven experience in Road Freight is a must. A strong enthusiasm for sales and customer service. Ability to excel under pressure in a target-driven environment. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by a professional telephone demeanor. A strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a sales career.

Responsibilities in this Role:

Identify sales leads utilizing the Company's internal CMS or other resources. Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients, profiling and qualifying prospects based on your understanding of the Europa product range. Engage with potential customers through visits and prepare tailored quotations for their consideration. Manage and develop your assigned accounts, aiming to increase business levels and ideally become the exclusive supplier. Maintain regular proactive communication with your clients to ensure their needs are met and to explore further business opportunities within those accounts.
