  • Target Implementation: Establishing and executing operational goals for each plant to satisfy market demands.
  • Forecasting: Providing monthly forecasts on operational costs and production aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Strategic Contribution: Playing a key role in the area’s strategic planning and annual budgeting processes.
  • Benchmarking: Assisting in the implementation of benchmarking practices to uncover performance enhancement opportunities.
  • Safety Responsibility: Ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Performance Management: Overseeing operational productivity, cost control, service levels, and product quality.
  • Reporting: Aiding in the preparation of monthly operational reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly reviewing and analyzing performance against plans to identify successes and areas needing improvement, followed by implementing corrective measures.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all activities align with organizational standards for quality management, health and safety, legal requirements, environmental policies, and general duty of care.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 plus bonus
